Ireland is looking for full time Maintenance Technician with demonstrated general building maintenance experience with an emphasis on HVAC and appliance repair to join our building maintenance team. The job entails performing on demand maintenance and repair in our multifamily apartment communities in Colchester, South Burlington, and Burlington Our technicians must be detail oriented, efficient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, a valid driver;s license, and a reliable vehicle.
