we are seeking skilled and motivated Small Engine Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented and capable of diagnosing and repairing problems on a wide variety of equipment. As a Small Engine Technician, you are responsible for the maintenance, repair and service of small engine equipment and tools.

• Diagnose and repair small engines, including but not limited to lawn mowers, generators, and other outdoor power equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of service, inspections, test results, parts and repairs.
• Order supplies and parts.

• Proven experience as a Small Engine Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to small engines.
• Ability to perform electrical repairs and diagnostics on small engines.
• Attention to detail.
• Dexterity; strong hand-eye coordination and steady hands.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with diesel engine repair is a plus.
